Koda Physical Therapy is open, and our therapists and staff are ready to provide you with excellent care. We are available for in office appointments and telemedicine.

The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority so please note the following:

• All visitors and staff are required to be masked

​

• Our team is performing cleaning and disinfecting routinely throughout our facility after every patient.

​

• We have also made hand sanitizer available in the lobby, and around the facility.

​

• Visitors are limited in the facility. Only parents of minors, caregivers, and translators will be allowed to accompany the patient.
