Physical Therapist -  Full-time

To be successful at this clinic, the right candidate should:

  • Hold an active license to practice physical therapy in the state of California or be eligible to obtain your license.

  • Provide a quality of care that will cause patients to rave about their experience and recommend us to their family, friends and doctors.

  • Be able to communicate with patients in a way that they understand that the suggested plan of care is right for them.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to working with patients of all ages and functional levels

  • Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient if necessary.

  • Be able to communicate clearly with doctors to ensure our patients are getting the care they need if our findings are deemed beyond our scope

  • Supervise Physical Therapist aides, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

  • Demonstrate the willingness to collaborate with other PT’s to discuss different strategies for patient care/treatment plans

  • Demonstrate the willingness to be accountable for their performance

  • Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date, accurate and in the agreed time frame needed to allow for timely billing

  • Be open and willing to take on students
